I just wanted you to know about some great service we got from PDS in regards to our Duplo cutter. The machine went down (it screamed before it died!), we had to use the emergency stop to make the noise stop. Unfortunately Mark wasn't available so Dave Kisiloski came down himself to have a look. Dave found that a crucial part had broken off and of course it was something weird and needed to be ordered. We were piling up work and really needed this to work so Dave asked me to look up a welder nearby. Dave took the part, had it welded and got us back up and running within a few hours of first arriving. He's ordered a new piece but in the meantime we are back to cutting and pretty much caught up. PDS has been very good at answering our service requests in a timely manner since day one but this one was  really Above and Beyond service.

I have spent (at least) the last 5 years wishing I had better platemaking capabilities.

My HP 5100 laserjet had gotten tired imaging Genie plates for the last 20 years.

Being a very modest mom-and-pop shop, pricing always stood in the way as I simply didn't want to lay out $20,000 for new equipment.

I just printed several jobs with plates made on the Kimosetter, and I'm pumped. Image quality is exactly what I was hoping for, and the cost of the equipment obviously is reasonable. Press setup i a breeze and I'm no longer fighting with ink balance and plugging tints. We print 'basic' commercial forms; from truck logs, production forms, office stationery (corbonless being some 50% of our production), and the Kimosetter fits in nicely.

I called a local shop a long time ago complimenting them on the piece of steel they had fabricated for us saying, "You guys did a great job and the piece works well". His response, "What's Wrong?". I repeated what I had already said and he says, "Nobody ever calls us unless they have a complaint. It's a surprise to actually have someone call with a compliment".

I have talked to three people at your shop regarding this purchase, and I must say was treated with professionalism and respect from each of you. Please pass the word.

Hi, Brett,

Just wanted you to pass along my thanks again to Sebastian for making such an effort to get me my Oki toner cartridges this afternoon.  I was able to pick them up at 3:15 at Oki and get going again on a mailing I'm preparing.  As always, great customer service.
